When you submit our contact form, we collect: your business name, email address, industry, a description of the task you want automated, and any other information you choose to provide.

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, scope your automation project, and send a fixed-price proposal. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data storage
Form submissions are stored securely via Netlify Forms, which is hosted on infrastructure within the United States. If you are based in the EU or UK, by submitting the form you acknowledge this transfer. Netlify complies with applicable data protection regulations.
4. Retention
We retain enquiry data for up to 12 months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted. If you become a client, project-related data is retained for up to 3 years for business record-keeping purposes.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR and UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at david@flowkill.com and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies
This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Google Fonts are loaded from Google's servers, which may log your IP address as part of their standard operation.
