These terms govern your use of the Flowkill website and any automation services provided by Flowkill ("we", "us", or "our"). By submitting an enquiry or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Flowkill provides AI automation consultancy and build services for business workflows. All projects begin with a scoping review, after which a fixed price is agreed in writing before any build work commences.

2. Payment

Payment terms are confirmed at the point of engagement. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due on delivery. All prices are in GBP unless otherwise agreed.

3. Delivery

We aim to deliver most automations within 72 hours of project kick-off. Timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the workflow, third-party API access, and client response times. Delivery timelines are targets, not contractual guarantees.

4. Intellectual property

Upon receipt of full payment, you own the automation workflow we build for you. We retain the right to describe the nature of the work (without identifying your business) in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise.

5. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, granting necessary access to tools and systems, and reviewing the delivered automation before putting it into production use.

6. Limitation of liability

Flowkill is not liable for data loss, business interruption, or indirect damages resulting from the use of a delivered automation. You are responsible for testing any automation in a safe environment before live deployment.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email.
